For me, self-care is a huge priority in my life.  I have to have a structured a respected system of self-care in place in order to feel that I can conquer daily life successfully. One of the ways I discovered my process was in deciding to get sober.  Today, I practice meditation, yoga, and spend time maintaining my mental, and physical health.  Two great resources for me have been the Actorsfund, and Longevity Health.  What are your practices of self-care?  Share them below or logon to my facebook page and join the conversation.
